Do you share any of my information or email?

Under no circumstances will we share your information to a third party other than using your address to dispatch your goods with our delivery company.

Is my privacy kept safe?

We guarantee to keep all your information in the utmost confidence. LoveDen is committed to the protection of your personal details. The information we collect for orders is only used to complete the order.

Will anyone be able to find out what's in my parcel?

Please don't worry! We hold discreetness and our customers as our number one priority. All items are picked from our secure warehouse, wrapped in bubble wrap and discreetly dispatched in plain brown boxes. There are no other specific labels or markings placed on the box that could reveal the origin of the parcel.

What company name will show up on my credit card statement?

The transaction that appears on your credit card statement after an order is that of our parent company, SES Holdings, so it is very safe and under the radar.

Does it show on my bill that I purchased this sort of product?

Only ‘SES Holdings’ will appear on your statement, so it is very discreet! Your statement will NEVER say that you bought any sort of sex toys or adult products of course.

How much does LoveDen charge to deliver my order?

Is it possible to delivery to an address that isn't mine?

You sure can! When placing an order, if you wish, you may choose a shipping address that is different from your billing address whilst going through the final process of checkout.

How soon will my order be sent?

Assuming that your order is in stock, it will be dispatched within the same day (if ordered before 3pm), otherwise it will be dispatched the following day - confirming that payment has been approved.

The item I'm after appears to be out of stock?

If a particular product is showing up as "out of stock" on our website, in some cases we might be able to get our hands on it. Normally it will be back in stock very soon. Please call or email us.

Will I need to be home to collect my parcel?

No, a card will be left allowing you to make arrangements to pick up your parcel from your local post office or schedule an alternative delivery date.

I have a faulty product - what do I do?

If you have received an item that is faulty straight out of the box, we will be happy to have the product exchanged free of charge or refund the full value of the product (if it is in fact found faulty upon return). We must however be contacted within the first months purchase. We always endeavour to help our customers, so please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding a faulty product.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If anything in you order does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We will do our best to rectify any issues.

Are batteries included?

Some products include batteries but not all - you could always raid the remote control batteries!

What should I clean my novelty adult toy with?

All toys should be cleaned with an anti-bacterial toy cleaner, which we sell at both our stores, or use warm soapy water and rinse clean, then pat dry and store appropriately. We advise the use of an anti-bacterial cleaner as they clean the toy thoroughly.
